Gifts and Hospitality Policy
At Genesis Acoustics, we are committed to conducting our business with integrity and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards. This Gifts and Hospitality Policy provides guidance to our employees on the giving and receiving of gifts and hospitality.
1. Policy Statement
Genesis Acoustics employees are prohibited from accepting any kind of personal gifts or monetary remuneration from our clients. This includes, but is not limited to, cash, gift cards, services, discounts, or any other item of value.
2. Hospitality
Employees may not accept hospitality that is more than modest and infrequent. Any hospitality must be directly related to the conduct of our business and must not be extravagant or lead to a feeling or expectation of obligation.
3. Gifts and Hospitality to Public Officials
Special rules apply when dealing with public officials. Employees must not offer, promise, or give any gift or hospitality to any public official.
4. Reporting
Employees must report any offer or receipt of a gift or hospitality that is not in accordance with this policy to their manager or the compliance department.
5. Compliance
Violations of this policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment. Employees are encouraged to ask questions and seek guidance when unsure about the appropriateness of a gift or hospitality.
6. Review and Monitoring
We will regularly review and monitor our practices and policies to ensure compliance and continuous improvement in our efforts to prevent bribery and corruption.
This policy applies to all Genesis Acoustics employees, contractors, suppliers, and other business partners. We are committed to implementing and enforcing practices that ensure integrity and transparency in our business.
